Practice Village is a service of AIdedEQ ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email, when you join the free Charter List.
- Your name, email, phone number, and payment information, when you become a Founding Villager or start a Membership. Stripe processes payments. We do not see or store your full card number.
- What you choose to share with the Concierge. The public demonstration saves nothing to us. Member features remember information only after you review it and choose to save it.
- Safety Hall information stays in the browser on your device unless you separately choose to export or move specific information.
Concierge onboarding
Onboarding is optional. When you talk, your browser's speech service converts your voice to text. Practice Village receives the transcript, not the raw audio, and does not retain the raw audio.
When you ask the Concierge for help in your own words, the transcript or typed message is sent to Google Gemini so the Concierge can respond. Practice Village does not retain the raw onboarding conversation. If the Concierge proposes something worth remembering, you see the exact information first and decide whether to save it to your member record.
How we use it
- To send Charter List and Village updates.
- To run your account, process payments, and provide the service.
- To provide the Concierge and member features.
- To answer questions and provide support.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate Practice Village:
- Netlify: hosting, accounts, and form submissions.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Google Gemini: Concierge responses. Only the information needed to answer is sent.
We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the rights and safety of members and our team.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete information we hold about you. Email info@aidedeq.org. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Member login uses essential account and security storage.
How long we keep it
We keep information while needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete information, we delete what we are permitted to delete.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Who this is for
Practice Village is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Where data is handled
We operate from the United States. We and our providers may process information there.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell you when a change is significant.
