Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and AIdedEQ ("we," "us," "our") for using Practice Village. By joining or using the site, you agree to them.
What Practice Village is
Practice Village is an AI-powered digital community center for women rebuilding after a major life change. It includes the Concierge, Moxie Studios, the Kitchen, HUSH, Safety Hall, the Rebuild Arc Workshop, and other rooms that open over time. We are a founding launch, so some features are still being built.
What it is not
Practice Village is an educational and practice service. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship. It is not a crisis service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to use Practice Village.
The community
Our live sessions and member spaces are places where people may share personal experiences. Treat others with respect and keep what is shared private. We may remove access for behavior that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to the community, without refund.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
- Free Charter List: no payment; you can leave anytime.
- Founding Villager ($149/year): annual membership with the founding benefits listed on the purchase page. The founding rate is locked for the life of an uninterrupted founding membership.
- Membership ($15/month): recurring month-to-month membership. The price moves to $25 per month when all rooms open in February 2027. Members active at that change keep the $25 founding rate while their membership remains uninterrupted.
Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid billing period. We do not prorate partial billing periods. Payments are handled by Stripe under its terms. We may change future pricing but will honor a locked rate as described at purchase.
Rebuild Arc Workshop vouchers
Each active membership includes one Rebuild Arc Workshop voucher during each membership year. A membership year is the 12-month period that begins on your membership start date. Vouchers do not reset on January 1.
The 108 Founding Villagers who become members before the first Rebuild Arc Workshop begins on October 31, 2026 at 3:00 pm Central receive one additional workshop voucher in their first membership year, for two workshop vouchers total during that first membership year. This is the only exception.
Registering for a workshop uses a voucher whether or not you attend. Cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop's first session and the voucher remains available for that membership year.
The Concierge and AI
Important: The Concierge is powered by AI, so its responses can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information with the original source or a qualified professional. The Concierge provides information and practice support, not professional advice.
Your information and your record
The Concierge saves to your record only when you choose. Your record is yours to read, export, or delete. See our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Practice Village name, our lessons, and our materials belong to us. Please do not copy, resell, or repackage paid materials or program content.
Service availability
We provide Practice Village as it is and as it becomes available during the founding launch. Features may change as the Village grows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIdedEQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Practice Village. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Practice Village grows. We will update the date above and tell you when a change is significant.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
